“LA LUZ” (The Light) BAPTIST CHURCH. CUENCA – ECUADOR.

During these years of service the Lord has taught me many things, especially He has worked on my heart and my character. The Lord has been faithful during these years, however, we have also gone through difficult and painful times. For me it has been a challenge to put into practice counting it all joy when I meet trials of various kinds (James 1:2), during these times of deep waters the Lord has given me good friendships, which have been a fundamental support to be able to get out of this times of pain, through discipleship times that have been a good time for growing and sharing our struggles, we are meeting every Saturday morning to study the “Way to Joy”, we are three ladies committed to the Lord and the objective of this time is to be able to extend it to other ladies who need to grow and mature spiritually.

Within the ministry I have been serving by teaching the ladies of the church, conducting a study once a month, we are currently studying the women of the Bible, this time has been very good to share and learn together.

In November I had the opportunity to take an Entrust course, called Deepening in the Bible, where I learned how to study the Scriptures in a dynamic way, all based on relational teaching, I had the pleasure of sharing this course with Adrianita Portilla, a member of the church, who is committed to discipleship.
