This new year, God has granted me the opportunity to serve as Director of Anchor Servant Leaders in Latin America. In this new opportunity of service, we have focused on three specific work areas.
- Missions Certificate in Nicaragua: We have started this certificate with four students. Our goal is that next year this program will be available to other churches and other countries, allowing for greater outreach and training in missions.
- Restructuring of Certificates: We are reviewing and updating the other certificates in order to achieve the goal of preparing students to be trained in biblical knowledge and the transformation of their character into leaders who serve.
- Relationship with Pastors and Facilitators: We have worked to strengthen the relationship with pastors and in the preparation of facilitators. This allows us to understand the needs of their churches better and offer personalized service, effectively supporting the local ministry.
